Sydney photography studio for hire/photo studio for hire

  • For help receiving and sending your product items to the studio will be charged $50/each

  • Please contact us 24 hours before your event day to add freshly painted white cyclorama extra$80+GST.

  • To use 3 phase power extra $50+GST

  • Please contact us if you need extra hour ($80+GST/per hour)

  • Equipments can hire on the event day, or send us a list and we'll prepare for you.

  • The price is for a group of 15, for a bigger group $5/per extra person.

  • The hire price is not including cleaning fee. To avoid $100 cleaning fee, please keep it clean and take the big rubbish with you.

Terms and conditions

Terms and Conditions:

This agreement contains the understanding between Tempe Studios ("Studio") and the Customer. 

 

Booking:

  • Full payment must be made in full on the booking date.

  • Please return the equipments as the condition as it is, customer will get invoice for any damage of equipments

  • Customer may charged extra $100 cleaning fees if you leave the studio floor very dirty unable to mop clean or extra $20 charged for drop off the rubbish over 2 white rubbish bins inside the studio.

  • The booking times include bump in & bump out. Full hourly rate will be charged if booking goes over 15mins of booking time.

Cancellation:

  • Guests may cancel their Booking at 3 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (include all Fees) of their Booking Price.

  • Guests may cancel their Booking between 3 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 80% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.

  • Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours more than 12 hours before the event start time and received 50%

  • Cancellations submitted less than 12 hours before the event start time are not refundable.

Change of date:

Change of date made 3 days before your booking is free of charge. Change date between 24 hours to 3 days before your booking will incur $100+GST for each day booked. No any change allowed within 24 hours of your booking.

 

Receiving and sending your products to the studio:

  • For help receiving and sending your product items to the studio will be charged $50/each

Public liability insurance:

The Customer please ensure that your public liability insurance covers you and your clients whilst using the Studio. The Customer fully recognises that there are risks to conducting a photo shoot at the Studio, which the Customer is voluntarily entering into. The Studio will not cover any damages relating to personal injury or property damage or loss.

The Customer is responsible for his or her own equipment and personal property.

 

If any property or equipment from the Studio is damaged due to Customer negligence, then the Customer will be charged for the repair or replacement cost.
